Iwane Matsui joined TOA MEDICAL ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. (now Sysmex Corporation) in 1985. After helping establish Sysmex's first direct sales operations overseas, he held a number of leadership positions, including sales management roles at overseas group companies and President of the company's European regional headquarters.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed to Sysmex's global business growth through extensive experience in sales, marketing, and other business operations in Japan and overseas.
In April 2026, he was appointed President of Sysmex Corporation, a position he currently holds.
