Recruitment
Sysmex Corporation believes that diverse talent is the source of innovation, and recruits individuals with various experiences and perspectives.
Under the policy of “anytime, anywhere, anyone,” we select candidates based on their talents, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, professional background, or disabilities.
We place emphasis on “mutual matching”— choosing and being chosen— throughout our selection and assignment process. For both new graduates and experienced professionals, we recruit by job/position, and accept applications based on each candidate’s expertise, career orientation, and preferred work styles.
Talent development
Sysmex Corporation offers programs designed to build and strengthen business skills and knowledge which employees can choose from, based on their career stage and desired career paths.
