Our founder, Taro Nakatani, defined the basis of our management as the “Three Aspects of Confidence (anshin),” instilling confidence among customers, business partners, and employees. This principle is inspired by the belief that management’s continued dedication to ensuring confidence is essential for business continuity.

Based on this understanding, we have continued to manage the Company and act with our stakeholders always in mind.

Anshin is a word at the core of the Sysmex corporate philosophy that embodies the essence of what we have been pursuing since our foundation, and has the following meanings:
