Sysmex sometimes asks You* to provide Your personal information in various aspects of its business activities.

* In this Policy, the terms “You” and “Your” refer to you and Sysmex’s business partners, visitors to the hospitals which are Sysmex’s customers (e.g., patients), shareholders, job applicants, and its officers and employees (“Officers and Employees”).

Sysmex will appropriately obtain personal information in accordance with the relevant Laws and Regulations, and the company’s Internal Rules. If Sysmex needs to obtain information designated by law as special care-required personal information, Sysmex will, in principle, obtain such information with Your consent.

2. Purposes of Use

Sysmex will identify, as comprehensively as possible, each purpose of use of personal information, in accordance with the relevant Laws and Regulations, and Internal Rules, and will handle such personal information within the scope of that purpose. Sysmex will also notify or disclose, and if necessary, expressly present the identified purpose of use to Your concerned, in accordance with the relevant Laws and Regulations and Internal Rules.   • Performance of obligations under the Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations

Sysmex shares Your personal information for common use among Sysmex and its group companies (including group companies based in foreign countries) in accordance with its Internal Rules.
