Sysmex began developing its business globally soon after founding. To deliver products and services tailored to the varying needs of customers in different regions, we have established sales, service and support locations, production facilities and R&D bases around the world. By leveraging these sales, service and support networks, we conduct sales directly or operate via distributors according to the characteristics of individual regions.
We ensure our ability to provide high-quality products globally through the in-house development and production of instruments and reagents. To meet the demand for higher-quality instruments, we have established instrument factories in Japan, which coordinate with R&D locations and marketing hubs. Meanwhile, to ensure a steady supply of reagents, which are essential to testing performed on a daily basis, we have created a network to produce and supply reagents in locations near customers.
