Sysmex to Relocate Sysmex Group Headquarters to a New Location in Kobe City in Spring 2028

Sysmex Corporation (HQ: Kobe, Japan; President: Kaoru Asano) announces that in the spring of 2028, coinciding with our 60th anniversary, we will relocate our global headquarters to a new location in Kumoidori 5-chome, Sannomiya, Kobe. This relocation will not only maximize our group synergies further but also accelerate the creation of innovation, leading to sustainable growth and an increase in corporate value.

Overview of the New Group Headquarters Location

	New location:	5-chome Kumoidori, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture
	Project name:	Kobe Sannomiya Kumoidori 5-chome District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project 15th to 17th floors
	Relocation date:	Spring 2028 (scheduled)

Sysmex has decided to relocate its global headquarters functions in the spring of 2028 as part of efforts to create an environment that will further strengthen its management foundation. The new facility is intended to be a symbolic office that embodies and communicates to the world Sysmex's commitment to its products and services, the values the company upholds, and transformation for the next stage. In addition to maximizing the synergy among our group employees who support our operations in more than 190 countries and regions worldwide, we aim to create innovation for sustainable corporate growth through collaboration with various stakeholders.
