Completion of the Acquisition (Subsidiarization) of JEOL’s Clinical Chemistry Testing Business
Sysmex Corporation (HQ: Kobe, Japan; President: Iwane Matsui) announces that it has completed the procedures for acquiring shares of the new company established to succeed the medical equipment business of JEOL Ltd. (HQ: Akishima, Tokyo; President & CEO: Izumi Oi), following the necessary approvals. The share transfer was completed today.
The new company will commence business operations on April 1, 2026, under the name Sysmex BioMajesty Corporation.
