Sysmex has been promoting social contribution activities based on our Policy on Corporate Citizenship Activities and Philanthropy, “Contribution to a Healthy Society” and “Cooperation toward a Vibrant Local Community.”
 

To promote employee participation in social contribution activities, we set up the “Sysmex Gives Back Campaign” to be held twice a year as a period to step up activities. Employees take the initiative in conducting activities, such as undertaking activities they have planned themselves and participating in volunteer activities.
 

The activities conducted in the second half of this fiscal year included blood drives, environmental activities such as tree planting and cleanups, support for patients through donations of prosthetic hands and charity events, and donations of goods to orphanages in various regions and countries, with approximately 3,700 employees participating.
 

Going forward, we will continue working together as a Group to promote social contribution activities.
