With regard to support for sexual and gender minorities, we have implemented a partner registration system that enables us to treat a same-sex partner as equal to a spouse on the family register. Moreover, through various efforts to deepen understanding about sexual and gender minorities, such as holding round table discussions on LGBTQ issues, providing introductory-level texts and e-learning materials for learning about making improvement the workplace environment from the perspective of SOGI (an acronym for Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity), and taking part in Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2022, the biggest LGBTQ event in Japan, we are raising the awareness of our employees year by year. Going forward, we will continue to strive to foster a corporate culture that enables our diverse human resources to have a sense of unity worldwide and put forth their abilities to the fullest with peace of mind.
