We at Sysmex Corporation believe that it is our mission to support the medical professionals who are on the frontline of the fight to prevent the spread of COVID-19, by ensuring continuity of the clinical testing that they perform daily in various healthcare settings around the world, so that we can overcome this difficult situation together. To this end, we are trying our utmost to ensure the stable supply of products and services. In addition, to successfully combat the COVID-19 pandemic and bring things back under control as soon as possible, we are working to develop new diagnostic technologies and prevent further spread of infection and ensure our employees’ safety.

We make it a rule to maintain sufficient stocks of products and the raw materials needed to produce them and work in close collaboration with distribution businesses, thus ensuring the stable supply of products.
To ensure that medical professionals can offer medical services without unnecessary concern, we continue our service operations, such as urgent repair of our products, by using extreme caution to prevent infection.
