Sysmex Group has been promoting social contribution activities with a sense of solidarity throughout the Group under its unified global theme of “Aim for a Healthier Society,” which is based on the Group’s Policy on Corporate Citizenship Activities and Philanthropy.

From October to January, we implemented “Sysmex Gives Back Day”, as our second Group-wide unified social contribution activity for this fiscal year. We carried out activities in various countries and regions, including blood donation activities and programs to promote public awareness, and campaigns to prevent breast cancer, as well as collecting merchandise to support the household medicines business in Africa, collecting secondhand clothing to support vaccine donations, and providing assistance to needy patients and children in local communities. Overall, some 3,200 associates around the globe participated in these activities.

Going forward, we will continue working together as a Group to promote social contribution activities with the aim of creating a fulfilling and healthy society.
