Malvern products have been widely adopted in various industries worldwide by acquiring new technologies and products through positive M&A activities, and enhancing the product portfolio and the sales synergy.

  Sysmex has been developing domestic business to the manufacturers and the universities in terms of the sales, service and support activities since Sysmex and Malvern concluded a global sales agreement in 1998. Furthermore, Sysmex flow particle image analyzers have been provided in Europe and the U.S. using the Malvern's sales channel.

  After a series of review by both companies, Malvern division of Spectris Co., Ltd. will handle the products of both companies, and implement the sales, service and support activities in Japan along with the renewal of the distribution agreement.
 

  As for Sysmex, it is scheduled that we will provide support to Malvern in terms of sales, service and support with our experience, and the flow particle image analyzer FPIA series will be supplied to Malvern on a continuous basis by this mutual agreement.

  Malvern successfully builds up the sales structure in the major counties by succeeding the sales, service and support function of Sysmex. Malvern also is seeking for the position of the leading company in the industry with the Sysmex know-how and the improvement of further customer satisfaction.

  Furthermore, Sysmex and Malvern will work on the joint business search in a bioscience field where the market expansion can be expected in the future, and we trust our business collaboration using mutual advantages may produce a synergy effect.
