What is ODA (Official Development Assistance)?

ODA is an acronym consisting of the initial letters of the words Official Development Assistance. According to its international definition, ODA refers to the cooperation offered by a government or its implementing agency in the form of financial and technical provision to contribute to the economic and social development, and the improvement of welfare in developing countries.
