1.Enzyme Immunosorbent 2.PAMIA
This is a method of immunochemical analysis that combines a proprietary enzyme (peroxidase)-antibody recognition technology with a fluorogenic substrate (HPPA). An optical mechanism is used to obtain a precise measurement of the amount of fluorescent material produced by the enzymatic reaction, based on which trace components in the specimen are measured. This method offers both the accuracy of enzyme-substrate reactions and the high sensitivity of fluorescence measurement. This enzyme immunoassay achieves higher sensitivity than conventional techniques for every parameter measured. PAMIA is an immunochemical analysis technology that combines proprietary particle counting technology with the latex agglutination method. Precisely controlled fluidics and optical mechanisms measure the size of individual agglutinated latex beads. Trace components in the sample are measured, based on the results of counting, to a maximum count of 100,000. This method offers both the speed of the latex agglutination method and the high precision of the counting method.  PAMIA enables faster measurement than conventional method for every parameter measured.
