Sysmex BMA Laboratory is a newly established research facility at the Business Support Center for Biomedical Research Activities (BMA) in Kobe to promote exploratory research in advanced medicine and accelerate R&D for business applications of the findings of such research.
The Sysmex BMA Laboratory is pursuing research on the development of protein chips that can measure the expression and activity of proteins based on the simultaneous, multi-protein analysis technology and also on predicting the effect of anti-cancer drugs. The laboratory aims at the development of new cancer diagnosis technologies through tie-ups of the industry with the government and academia. |

"Sysmex R&D center Europe" will utilize the advantages of this European location to cooperate with research and medical treatment institutions in development of new testing technologies targeting diseases and other problems for which few cases exist in Japan.
With a view towards creating value-added testing techniques, we will tap into our global network to carry out R&D and clinical evaluation.
