From April 1st 2008, Sysmex France will provide direct sales, service and support on all Sysmex hematology products supported by an enlarged team to cover the whole French market. This will help the Sysmex group to leverage its collective strengths to serve its customers in one of the biggest European IVD markets by providing effective solutions.
Sysmex Corporation (HQ: Kobe, Japan; President: Hisashi Ietsugu) established a subsidiary in France in February 2000, Sysmex France SAS. Since its foundation, Sysmex France has directly handled sales, service and support operations mainly for information systems products, urinalysis instruments and reagents as well as some hematology products in the field of in-vitro diagnostics.
By setting up a new organizational structure in France, Sysmex will contribute to further improve testing quality and efficiency while expanding its business in all hematology customer segments. In addition, by providing customers with the latest scientific information acquired through our global academic activities, we shall strive to further promote the penetration of the Sysmex brand in France.
