Sysmex Corporation has resolved, at the board of directors meeting held on May 11, 2006, a year-end dividend
for the current fiscal year as follows.
| 1. Reason for the revision |
 |
We regard the distribution of profits to shareholders as one of its most important policy priorities, and the
company’s basic policy includes attention to providing regular, stable dividends while ensuring that the
distribution of this profit is backed by real business results.
Now that net income of single entity has exceeded the forecast previously announced on March 16 2006,we considered it possible to pay year-end ordinary dividend of 14 yen per share to give sincere appreciation to the stock holders, paying 2 yen more per share than the previously announced dividend of 12 yen per share.
In addition to the above ordinary dividend, as we announced on March 16 2006, we will pay memorial dividend of 2 yen per share in memory of the 10th anniversary of stock exchange listing bringing total dividend per share to 16 yen. |
